Content

The 2017 Business Entities seminar focuses on the latest tax strategies for small business. This year’s course covers an array of changes related to the recent PATH and Surface Transportation Reauthorization Act. Besides a complete analysis of various forms of business entity, this year’s course will cover changes in return and extension deadlines, maximizing depreciation benefits under recent regulations, understanding the new variation in partnership interest rules, understanding IRS reasonable compensation calculation and a myriad of other business issues.

This course is also available in a one-day version that addresses many of the two-day topics in lesser depth

Robert "Chris" Province, CPA

Robert “Chris” Province has over 20 years of experience in delivering, instructing and designing training courses. In addition to his speaking, Chris is currently a self-employed CPA specializing in taxation of high net worth individuals and closely held businesses with clients located in many states throughout the United States. Chris has also served as a tax partner and senior tax member for several local, regional, and national CPA firms.  

Chris earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Finance from the California State University Northridge. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the California Society of Certified Public Accountants. Chris also has served as a member of the national AICPA S-Corporation Technical Resource Panel. He has also served as a member of the Qualifications Committee for the California Board of Accountancy. Chris is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in California and North Carolina.

Tim Sundstrom, CPA, CFP

Tim is a partner in Wealthcare Financial Group, LLC, in Newtown Square, Pennsylvania. Tim helps entrepreneurs and business executives with their tax and financial decisions. His firm services a diverse clientele with a specialty in the construction and entertainment industries. Prior to starting his own business, Tim was a manager with a national accounting firm.

Cancellation Policy: The registration fee, less a $30 administrative charge, can be refunded up to 10 business days before the seminar.
