About MAPA

The Minnesota Association of Public Accountants is a non-profit professional organization. Our members represent small- to medium-size accounting practices that service businesses and individuals throughout Minnesota.

MAPA's purpose is to help accounting professionals attain the highest level of proficiency and integrity. We promote a spirit of professional cooperation, and provide a medium for the interchange of progressive ideas and techniques. We strive to insure that the state's citizens have the benefit of accurate, impartial and professional services.

Since 1940, MAPA has been providing members with the services they need. In a competitive and demanding industry where rules and requirements change overnight, we can furnish the tools for you to not only stay abreast of changes, but continuously expand your skills into new areas.

The Minnesota Association of Public Accountants has adopted, and is governed by, the Minnesota State Board of Accountancy rules and regulations.
